I tried the unlimited package with my wife between July 2019-2020. Elise was great to work with and to get to know. I noticed a big improvement with the way I handle stressful situations. In the past certain situations would take up so much of my time and internal energy as I fought through a problem in my head. I can deal with these small problems that pop up a lot easier now without the problems taking up so much of my time. I highly recommend NeurOptimal at KC Brain Train with Elise Thompson. She has a great little office and really makes you feel at home when you show up. Elise was always very flexible when she could be and would offer times to pop in when they became available in the interest of saving me time and giving me options. It was a great experience and I can't wait to pop in for a "tune up" session later this year.
